Start here before you ping staff. Most join issues are the IP, the version, or Bedrock using the wrong port. Tickets still go through Discord.

Java: Multiplayer → Add Server → play.warrenmc.net. Bedrock: Servers → Add Server, same IP, port 19132. Both editions land in the same lobby.

Check you are on 1.21.4 or newer, that the IP is copied exactly, and that you are not using a cracked/offline client. Java needs a legitimate Microsoft account.

Staff tickets live in Discord. Do not argue bans in public chat. Open one ticket, include your Minecraft name, the world, and screenshots.

Ranks are cosmetic. They never buy stronger weapons or extra hearts. Checkout currently runs through Discord while the web store is wired up.

Claimed land in The Burrow, plots in The Nest, and islands in Skywarren are protected. If someone griefed you anyway, open a Discord ticket with coordinates.

One appeal per punishment. Bring evidence. Ban evasion is a permanent ban — use the same Discord account you played on.
